I would summarize Real Appliance Repair service as efficient and non-disruptive (to our home).The repair tech arrived within the allotted window and, within a half hour, diagnosed the problem with our dryer and provided a repair quote and estimated (which turned out to be specific) day for the repair.Three days later, after receiving the part that needed to be order (the motor), the repair tech returned (again, within the stated window) and installed and tested operation of the dryer with the new motor. Dryer sounds and operates as new!Excellent service by Real Appliance Repair and, as important, excellent work by the repair tech!

DmiTrii came to service our ice maker. There was a language barrier with both the receptionist that scheduled the appointment and the technician. I paid what was owed but he did not understand what I was wanting to diagnose because neither of them understood my English. Nice guy but they need to have a translator.
