Came out looked at my development. Pimped me for trades for his own project. Then took two weeks to decline the work. Waste of my time.

Ted is correct that after an on-site meeting with him and subsequent communication about his project, which he had already commenced prior to contacting me, I decided I would not be able to work on his development. I asked about the trades he had already employed to begin work without a permit, but not for any ulterior motive. I have never worked with any of the subs he identified. As a rule, I won't work for house-flippers, only for owner-occupants.
