- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation is at No Charge unless it is a Paint/Color or Materials Selection Consult. DESIGN WORK is charged by an estimate of Hours needed to complete the project and is based on an Hourly fee schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I meet with the client, PREFERABLY AT THE SITE (including any new construction site). The initial meeting is at no charge but is a time to see what the client is thinking for their project and go over questions from both the client and myself regarding the project. At that time, I may be able to give an idea on the time/hours required to complete the project design or will go back to the office and send a formal quote. Once the quote is signed and initial deposit made to begin work .... then I begin!
