Nic was great! I used him as the only bartender for my wedding of 110 guests. He was really quick making drinks, and there was rarely ever a line. He had created a cocktail for my "bride's signature drink", which guests just couldn't get enough of! A few weeks before the wedding, my husband and I met with him, and he made us a variety of cocktails to try. I had told him kind of what I was looking for before meeting with him, and he went above and beyond to create the perfect cocktail for the wedding!
Nic was very professional and knowledgeable. He even calculated the amount of beer, wine, and liquor that would be needed based on our guest count. He was quick to respond to my messages, and was very willing to work with my husband and me on any changes we made. I would highly recommend Nic for any event!

This was our third time hiring a bartender for our annual New Year's Day party of ~40 people, and Nick was the best -- by far. We would absolutely hire him again. Affordable, professional, friendly, timely, ethical and hardworking are words I would use to describe Nick. Several of our guests reached out afterward to procure Nick's contact information because he did such a great job. Looking forward to 2017 with Nick and 'The MiniBar'.

Nic bartend for my 80's theme party with about 70 guests on Saturday 4/23. He was on time and professional and kept my guests very happy! He got some requests to make a few unique drinks and he did a great job with those! I'm very pleased with Nic and will be calling on him for my next party!

Our company was hosting a back to school meet up for over 100 Austin teachers. The event was held at Vulka and we needed an awesome bartender. I found that and so much more with Nicholas from The MiniBar. There were quite a few respondents to our request on Thumbtack. We decided on The Minibar for several reasons. The main reason was because in his initial response to our request, it was clear that he thoroughly read the details within our event details and he did not just respond back aimlessly. He was also very detailed and prompt when providing answers to my various questions about his experience and services. The day of the event got a little busy and he extended himself and stopped to bring a few extra bags of ice to the venue. He was early, immediately got to work, worked fast to get all set up, and then changed into his professional attire in minutes. The line moved quickly during the event and he was patient with each individual. The event was a huge success and Nicholas cleaned up the bar area as clean as when he arrived. He even helped us in other areas of he venue. He has a great personality, is professional, and engaging. You will NOT be disappointed when hiring him.

Nic did an amazing job bartending our wedding and performing a surprise fire show for my husband! We originally weren’t sure if we could find a quality bartender in our budget but Thumbtack helped link us up with Nic. He was extremely professional the whole time and super fun on the day! He helped us figure out how much alcohol, garnishings, and amount of cups we needed for our evening. Nic provided the ice and coolers. He made a super delicious margarita for our signature cocktail using fresh lime juice and a simple syrup that he made himself. It was so yummy that I drank that nonstop all night! Nic also performed an awesome surprise fire show for my husband and guests to the song The Final Countdown. My husband is a huge Arrested Development fan so the song was a hit!!Everyone was so surprised and loved the show so much!! They raved about how great he was and how fun and unique the show was. Thank you Nic for being such a trooper in the cold weather and helping our wedding rock!!
