- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide mobile bartender services. Our services include bar setup, mixing all alcoholic beverages, serving beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages. We close and clean bar area as well as pack up any leftover product if boxes are available. We can and do provide waiter services for any event that has been catered or serve as cocktail servers for some events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check the bartender's references and make sure he/she is TABC certified. Ask the potential bartender about specific drinks to test his/her knowledge of mixing cocktails. Never hire a bartender who has just completed school. If this is the case, they do not have enough 'seasoning' to tend your bar during a special occasion. Meet with the bartender at least once prior to hiring him/her; you will be able to 'tell' if they are the right bartender for your event when you see her eyes. Bartenders should be professional but also very personable. As a (normally) important role in your party, the bartender should be sweet, helpful, bright and knowledgeable. You'll be able to see this when you meet.
