- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $100/hour for most events. If tip jars aren’t permitted, I apply a 25% service fee to help cover gratuity. Because I’m typically fully booked, my pricing is firm. To secure your date, I require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event. Clear expectations = smooth sipping! 🍸✨
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love kicking things off with a quick 15-minute discovery call! It’s the perfect chance to connect and chat through your event’s vibe—whether you're going for something elegant and upscale or laid-back and fun. I’ll walk you through our services, explain how everything works, and break down pricing so there are no surprises. We’ll also take some time to brainstorm cocktail ideas together—from signature drinks to creative mocktails—so the bar menu feels just as unique as your event. Whether you have a specific theme (I'm a sucker for a good theme) or want me to get creative with fresh ingredients, we’ll craft something that fits perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m professionally certified through the Minnesota School of Bartending, a comprehensive, industry-recognized program for mixology and bar training. Their intensive, hands-on program focuses on the art and science of bartending, — emphasizing speed, precision, product knowledge, and top-tier hospitality. In addition to holding my TABC license, I bring years of real-world experience across a variety of settings—from upscale restaurants and vibrant nightclubs to intimate private events. This combination of formal training and on-the-ground expertise allows me to deliver a polished, seamless bar experience tailored to any occasion.
