Hello, my name is Ms. Cassandra, I am the owner of Ms. C's Pac - N Go Liquid Beverage Bartending Service. I am a TABC Certified Bartender and have been bartending wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, special occasions, house warming parties for the past 3 years . What I like most about the Bartending profession is that I get to be myself and that doesn't cost me anything. Secondly, I like to meet and interact with people. I like to socialize and entertain in a social atmosphere. Thirdly, being a drink mixologist, I can make the wildest cocktail or drink concoctions just being knowledgeable of a variety of alcohol and beverage mixes. Bartending is very fast-paced and requires high levels of exhilarating speed and precision measuring pouring and mixing, I strive to conquer the challenge.
My Bartending Services include traveling to the designated venue providing set up and clean up. Able to provide all Bartending supplies ice buckets, Beer and Wine openers, professional black linen tablecloths, hard top folding tables. Also able to provide a Margaritaville Frozen Margarita Machine.
Able to provide real Crystal Wine Glasses for Free! which is a part of my service.

Event Help and Wait Staff Services for special occasions.
Set Up and Tear Down of tables and chairs;
Able to assist with setting up and tearing down of tables and chairs placement. Attend to tables and ensure compliance to cleanliness standards. Assist with clean up, clean and remove place settings, tablecloths, etc.
Provide assistance with clean up from the remainders of the meals from the table,clean dinner plates and dispose of leftovers .
Assist Guests:
Ms. C’s truly believes in providing excellent quality customer service. Ms. C’s will ensure wait staff is courteous and attentive to guests during any function.
Assist with place setting for dinnerware and glassware and flatware.
Will assist guest with seating arrangements, greet the guests at their assigned tables and get them settled in and check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues or take special request from the guest,will work with other event staff members, wedding coordinators as a team Ms. C’s will work diligently to achieve outstanding quality service.
Serve Food:
Pass/Serve hors d'oeuvres to guest
Deliver meal courses to guest, also provide assistance with replenishing various food items to food warmers, restock salad bar, condiments, etc.
Serving Alcohol:
Ms. C’s is TABC certified and is able to serve alcoholic beverages to guest during any function, or special occasions
What I enjoy most about the service I provide is meeting new people. I am a conversationalist I enjoy talking to people of all ethnic backgrounds.
I am a people person and providing a service that involves communicating with people allows me to have a great personality. I’ve been consistently told by friends and acquaintances alike that I’m a great person to speak with and relate to. People are the core of my business and I have a genuine interest in my customers, from who they are to what they do. My interaction with my customers is real and genuine, not an artificial one. I provide long and short hard top tables with black professional tablecloths, I provide acrylic ice buckets, garnish trays, beer/wine openers. I also provide real crystal wine and cocktail glasses for free which is apart of my service. I like to help my customer with event planning includng set up and clean up so that my customers can just sit back and relax and enjoy their special occasion.
