Introduction: Triple A Events provides outstanding service for all of your event needs. Founded in 2017 by Anna and Andrew, Triple A Events has worked all types of events - from small private in-home parties, to corporate shindigs, to weddings and more. We provide bartenders and servers to help your event run seamlessly. Our experienced staff have many combined years of experience working for multiple catering companies in Austin, and have come together to bring you the best service possible. Every event is different, and I love connecting with people and help them to connect with others at their event by taking the stress off their hands. We want our clients to be a part of their own party and enjoy spending time with their guests. We'd love to help you throw your next party!

My fiancé and I needed a wedding bartender and we had no idea where to turn. Anna was great at guiding us and educating us on what we needed. We were so impressed by her patience with us and guiding us along the process. She had a bartender by the name of Andrew for us the night of the wedding and oh my goodness, he was incredible! So personable, helpful, and enjoyable! All of my guests loved him and his knowledge of the local alcohols. Thank you Anna for such a great experience!

Ana saved my wedding! We were 12 days out and could not get a hold of our original bartender. We had no idea how much wine, beer and liquor to buy! Enter our savior Ana! I found her on Thumbtack as a top rated pro and decided to go with my gut and contact her. Turns out, I lucked out beyond any of our expectations! She seamlessly gave me exactly how much alcohol to buy for the number of guests provided, gave me a quote and the contract was signed the next day. She was also super responsive on contracts and other inquiries I had. I could not say nicer things about her. On top of everything, she made our guests feel so welcomed and taken care of. Super personable and professional. She had everything ready and made sure every little detail was addressed. Thank you so much for creating magic on our special day! I almost wish I could get married again so I can hire her once more, Almost!

Andrew was our server and bartender. He was Johnny on the spot and did the work of three people. I really didn't need to tell him what to do because he is such a professional that he anticipated our every need. On top of that he was a great guy and super easy to work with. I will definitely use Triple A Events again and ask for Andrew!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is done on an individual basis depending on varying event needs. I have $1 million liquor liability insurance and am TABC-certified and Food Handler's certified.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Prior to the event, I like to speak with the client either face-to-face or over the phone to get a sense of what the client wants service-wise for their event. I can help provide insight and expertise with regards to perfect amount of alcohol and mixers to purchase for each event, specialty cocktails, grocery lists, etc.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have over five years of experience working with numerous catering companies in both San Francisco and Austin. I have experience in all positions of catering: banquet captain, bar captain, bartender and server. My experience has included working a swath of different events - from quinceañeras (I speak Spanish fluently!) to weddings, to private birthday parties, to corporate holiday parties. I've done it all, and have decided to put my experience to use in starting my own event staffing company. We staff highly experienced bartenders and servers to make sure our staff can handle any and all events!
