- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible pricing to make the event fit your needs. We are highly rated on Google reviews and won Best of Zola. We are budget friendly but do not sacrifice our quality of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consult to discuss the needs, wants, and vision of the event so we can explore everything they need and don't need. This way we can craft the quote to fit the budget and not sacrifice quality. At minimum we need to know your guest count and how many hours of service you want.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wide variety from weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, celebration of life, to any reason to celebrate.
