FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of work, materials selected, job complexity, and site conditions. Smaller jobs can often be quoted quickly, while larger remodeling projects usually require an on site visit so we can give an accurate estimate. We believe in clear pricing and good communication from the start, so we explain what is included, what is optional, and what can affect the final cost before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about your goals, budget, timeline, and the part of the home you want to improve. Then we schedule a site visit if needed, review measurements and conditions, and discuss design ideas, materials, and priorities. After that, we provide a written estimate, answer questions, confirm the scope, and schedule the project. Throughout the job, we focus on communication, cleanliness, and keeping you updated on progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is built on hands on remodeling experience, jobsite problem solving, and staying current with practical installation methods, material requirements, and manufacturer recommendations. We pay close attention to quality, proper prep work, and doing the job the right way so the finished result looks good and lasts. If you want this answer stronger, add any licenses, certifications, trade training, or brand specific product training your team has completed.
