Its been about a month since the close of our boys' bathroomremodeling and its time to finally share my review. Remodeling can be so stressful and unexpected things can happen. With patience and communication all those unexpected were addressed. LFM, with thanks to Justin and Arie, did a great job in making sure the end job looked amazing and done with care. They listened to me when I was feeling worried or concerned. I dont have before pics, but the after is exactly how I hoped it would be. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience getting an estimate for a bathroom leak. The representative was responsive from the start and took the time to test several possibilities to determine the source of the leak. I appreciated the thorough approach and the knowledge they demonstrated throughout the visit.
The estimate provided was fair and clearly explained. Even though I ultimately decided not to hire them for this particular project, I was impressed by their professionalism and follow-up regarding ways they could improve their service. I would definitely consider them for future work.

Even though my job was super small they did respond but was not able to do the job because it was so small. Which I agreed with them. It’s like a 30 min job.

José and the team were great to work with! I had an ugly slab for a back patio and wanted to put some outdoor tile on it. I got some wood looking tile from Floor & Decor and worked with their designer to draw up a mock of what I wanted. I sent the photo to José and they were able to replicate it. It turned out great! Will definitely use them for my next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive. And are able to be because we have our own crew. We don't hire subcontractors. It is our dedicated team that starts the project and completes it in the time frame quoted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet with interested homeowners and discuss their vision and ideas and once we reach the same goal we take customers to past projects so they can see firsthand the quality of our work and they can see the relationship we have with our customers.
Once everything is agreed upon, we start our project and are involved with the customer from beginning to completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our workers keep up to date by taking courses to remain up to date with industry standards.
Our project managers, designers, and engineers meet weekly to discuss the latest in trends and the latest in home improvement.
Our company supervisors are also keeping updated by attending industry seminars so that we all provide our customers with the best experience and knowledge and keep our customers happy.
