Austin was able to consult me over the phone and verify I was experiencing BedBug bites. Brandon did a great job explaining the recommended services for treatment during his inspection and had him do the extermination work a couple hours later. Happy I went with BedBug Rescue! I have a 1 year warranty but hopefully we won't have to use it!

I am thankful for Chris and Austin for their help. I reached out through this app yesterday and within minutes I got a call from Austin. Shortly after that, Chris called. I thought I was dealing with some rash because of allergies for nearly 10 days only to find out tiny insects on my feet. I sent pictures of my feet and they were able to tell it was not bedbugs but fleas. Chris showed up early this morning and within 30 min he was done. Tonight I enjoyed not getting bit. They did inside and outside the house and the price was very reasonable. I do recommend them.

Gave BedBug Rescue a call and Austin was able to verify that I had fleas and not bedbugs. Based on pictures I provided him, description of the bites and given the fact my dog had more of flea symptoms. Calls these guys if you think you may or may not have BedBugs! They are trustworthy.

Our pricing varies depending on the extent of the bed bug infestation. Pricing can also vary depending on timeline, property size, special service requests and reoccurring and one time treatments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process entails a quick set of questions regarding the bed bug infestation to help us determine the scope of the extermination job and provide a rough estimate. We can then set a scheduled time for a free onsite inspection and finalize the services needed and the determined price. Services are preferably performed same day or soon there after.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various pest control industry continued training, classes, courses, and all the hours and requirements to hold a Texas Commercial Certified Applicator's License.
