- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family has always been focused on health and fitness, we owned a personal training studio in Westlake for years. I ended up getting certified as well as a degree in health promotion and fitness from University of Texas. I've stayed in my line of work because I love having a direct impact in improving my clients lives.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A majority of my clients come to me for fat loss, toning and firming.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have several clients that when they started with me could barely do push-ups on their knees let alone on their toes and now they are able to do 10-20 solid pushups on their toes. They're close on full pull-ups too! They've also all shaved full minutes off their mile times.
