Came to the house. Spent an hour going over the framing needs. Went into the attic. Talked about family. Said he’d get a bid to me after the weekend. Never heard from him again. Didn’t respond to my messages. Wasted my time. So disappointing and so unprofessional.

Make an appointment, meet with the customer. And go throw the job and the expectations of the customer.

I started as a stick framer in the construction industry, 11 years ago. As the years went by I started learning about everything else like installing tile, sheetrock, cornice, painting, and fencing.
