- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in always maintaining competitive pricing on all services, including monthly discounts, Holiday specials and referral bonuses. All Safe Select services come with a 30 day guarantee and there are never any hidden costs. Also, as a small token of our appreciation, we offer First Responders and Military an additional 10% discount. Though we will always do our best to provide estimates over the phone, if we are unable to do so, we are happy to offer complimentary onsite consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand how busy life can be and therefore do our due diligence to offer services quickly, efficiently and hassle free. We are firm believers in the importance of a first impression, however for all Safe Select customers each and every experience is treated as such. First impressions may last one day, but transpire into second, third, and tenth impressions. Our goal is to ensure that we leave you feeling confident in your relationship with Safe Select, and know that we are a company of Trust, Reliability and Loyalty from our first visit and every visit thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We obtain 15+ years of collective experience between Owner-Operator, Joseph Cardenas, Field Supervisor, Bobby Gregory and Director of Marketing & Office Operations, Heathar Burton. We pride ourselves in living by our fundamental beliefs that showcase our promise and commitment to our customers and our craft each and every day.
