Introduction: In 2005, Chef Roni moved to Austin. Fueled with a passion for healthy, organic and gluten-free food, he opened Java Dive Bistro, which he sold in 2013.
He now runs a commercial kitchen, catering service, and coffee roasting company with 20 feet food/coffee trailer. We offer food that is free of chemicals, artificial products, GMO, and is higher grade of food.
