Doug came out to do an assessment for a gas hookup. He was on time, when he came in the house he put shoe protectors on his feet and he gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He also made sure I understood everything that he was going to do to complete the project. I was exceptionally impressed with his patience and knowledge and would strongly recommend Doug as he is a true professional and has mastered his trade.
