FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a 'standard' price. Every customer is different, and we want to develop a cleaning program that's specific to their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step is to visit the customers facility and develop a detailed proposal. Every facility or office is different, and there are many factors that will have a significant impact on the final price. Types of flooring, number of rest rooms and fixtures, day vs. after-hours service, break room equipment and other items will be measured and counted. We also want to make sure we capture any specific concerns and issues the customer may have experienced before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jan-Pro of Austin has been in business since 2006. All of our franchisees must complete 15 hours of training, and pass written tests in both general and medical cleaning.
