- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, the first thing I look to do is understand their needs. If we are a good fit and I can help out with their specific project, I send a project estimate outlining the scope of the project to ensure we're on the same page. Communication is key, so customers get access to a portal where they can view estimates, contracts, invoices, and galleries all in one place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a marketer by trade, I understand the impact that a quality portfolio can have. Especially in the age of AI, people want to see the people and process behind the project. As an in-house media specialist, I created polished brand materials that helped the company stand out.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with industry leaders in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction), Medical, Photography, and Specialty Trade industries.
