- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer on-site as well as in-shop computer repair and IT support services. The decision is up to you. Give us a call to schedule an on-site service call for your home or business. You can also just come into our retail location and speak with one of our knowledgeable techs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal software training from Houston Community College. The rest of my extensive computer knowledge was gained from experience in the field. I am a skilled hardware troubleshooter and virus removal ninja. I have personally diagnosed and repaired thousands of computers in my career. There is not a computer repair problem I can't handle!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for Universal Computer Systems back in 1995. I completed network conversions at Ford dealerships across the country.
