I had computer issues on a Saturday and was so impressed with the convenience of this service and the quick response on a weekend. Bradley had solutions for my issues, explained everything clearly, answered my endless questions patiently, and was polite and easy to talk to. I will definitely hire him for any future issues and would recommend him to anyone!

I work from home so it is imperative that my computer, its connectivity and response time are optimum. Bradley was able to not only get my computer working at its best, but also make sure that my internet reception was premium throughout my home. This guy really knows his stuff. He took all the aggravation out of my home office environment and made working from home an enjoyable experience once again.

Brad always has a solution. He is of that mindset. Present the problem, the solutions and his recommendation for the most cost effective, long term fix. Sometimes, though, you hand him a problem (broken computer, phone, network) and he hands it back fixed, as if by magic, while you are standing there. The guy is good!
