Daniel was great. I started my laptop up early on Sunday morning and screen said "fan malfunction". I had a project due on Monday and was frantically looking for a place that could repair my fan so I could complete my project . I connected with Thumbtack and requested computer repair. I received a response from Daniel shortly thereafter. I explained my issue and Daniel let me know he would get the part for me and have the laptop back to me by end of business on Monday, but he didn't have the part on hand. After many emails between myself and Daniel on his day off throughout Sunday , we scheduled dropping the laptop off with him on early Monday morning. He made a special trip (it actually was two trips to the parts house, because the first fan had some damage) to accommodate my needs. He and his team went out of their way to get the laptop repaired, cleaned Malware off, copied data from a failing disk drive on a desktop I brought in, set up tools to maintain the laptop and went through all that was done and how to keep it working well. You don't get that kind of service at most places and is why I gave him 5 stars. I would go to him again and have recommended him already to my neighbor. You owe it to yourself to try his service. I think this not only shows what quality of companies belong to Thumbtack, but the ethics of Daniel's company.

Just when I thought I had forever lost personal pictures and videos due to laptop and USB malfunction, Daniel came to the rescue. He not only recovered ALL my files, but also gave me valuable advice on storage and backup solutions for the future. Had I known Daniel before, I would have brought my computer to him, instead of having a costly fix by “professionals” who didn’t do a good job. I was in a complete panic when my computer crashed just a few days before I had major papers and a class due for my online university. I needed my computer repaired and fast! All of the places I called said it would be at least several days before they could even look at it to tell me what was wrong with it. I then called Capital Computers and Daniel told me he was going to take on the challenge..I am so blessed that he did! Not only did they diagnose and repair but they also installed virus protection, cleaned up the computer, sped up the computer and freed up space. The most amazing part.. Daniel did it all within THE SAME DAY!!!!!!!!!!! and the price was WAAAYYY better than any other quotes I received! Capital Computer was an answer to my prayers!!! I will recommend them to everyone I know (and some I don't) Thank you Daniel and Connie for all your help!

I accidentally messed up my computer when i tried to erase it and they were able to fix my computer and return it to me in 2 days. They also picked up and dropped off at the location i chose which was really helpful. When they dropped off my computer took time to explain to me what they did and also how they installed anti virus software, they really went beyond and i appreciate it

Capital Computer was excellent. They were very responsive, offered to come to my residence on a Saturday morning, and were done in less than an hour. They not only fixed my PC issue but also provided some suggestions and provided an additional tool to help manage my PC. Overall a great job.

Nothing complicated about our service prices and no hidden fees. However we do give out a bunch of discounts but that is good!!!

EE Lots of refresh courses and lots of reading and networking with others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology and decided to become an Electrical Engineer at a early age. I started out designing hardware and have submitted/obtained many patents. I moved into the IT arena and really love the challenges it brings, especially in respect of security.
