- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I'm just starting on Thumbtack and building my track record on the platform, I'm willing to match the lowest price you've been offered. If you'd like, you can share the lowest quote you've received from others. You get professional service from an experienced computer engineer at a great rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please send a description of your issue by text message (in any language you prefer), voice message, photo, or video — whichever is easiest for you (for example, if your computer froze and isn't working, send a photo of the screen along with a quick description of what happened). I'll respond promptly with a clear explanation of the problem and exactly how I'll fix it. I'm available 24/7 with very flexible working hours and usually respond to messages immediately, up until 2:00 AM.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in Information Technology Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering — real, accredited university degrees specifically in this field. With over 15 years of professional experience in computer engineering, I bring deep technical knowledge to every job, from operating systems and networking to advanced troubleshooting.
