These people responded very quickly, and sent information about their services, prices and extra follow I would get. I was impressed with free resources they had on their website. After I called them, they offered to allow me to bring in my computer or come to my home to fix the problem. They gave me a price up front based on my description of the problem. Eric was very helpful, quickly resolved the problem in my office, and made some very good suggestions about how to avoid future problems, and gave me free followup support if I needed it.
