Sanamie, responded right away. Her work was excellent. And was very professional. I hired her for a laptop issue. (Which she fixed the same day). Then I asked her to look into a laptop the had been in my closet for over a year and I thought my pictures were gone forever and she fixed for me. I highly recommend her. The only thing I didn't get was a receipt. But this is my first time using Thumbtack, so my receipt my be on that. This is not a a criticism to her work or professionalism, which was excellent. I would of asked for it at the time, but I was so excited she fix mt other laptop (which I thought was gone forever. I forgot to ask). But, I have no doubt if there was an issue there would not be a problem with it. Hire her great work. And it was within hours.

My MacBook Air screen stopped working. She came out to my house ran diagnostics and replaced the screen! She made sure that all setup was complete after the repair and did not seemed rushed or bothered by the time it took. The fee for service is very reasonable and she came to my house so that saved me a lot of time.

Pricing depends on the type of service, project size, travel distance, parts, and the time required to complete the work. We provide clear pricing before starting. Parts, hardware, devices, cables, ink, toner, and replacement components are not included unless stated. For on-site service, a minimum service charge may apply. For larger projects, we can provide an estimate after reviewing the scope.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about the issue, the devices involved, and the customer’s goal. When possible, we review photos or details before the appointment. During the visit, we diagnose the problem, explain the options, and complete the work as efficiently as possible. After the job, we make sure the customer understands what was done and how to avoid similar issues in the future.

Our team has hands-on experience in IT support, networking, computer troubleshooting, Wi-Fi setup, smart home technology, and small business network support. We work with routers, switches, firewalls, access points, computers, printers, cameras, and smart home devices.
