Roza is the best! I couldn’t figure out why all of a sudden my printer (which had been working seamlessly) was “offline” and not receiving the print jobs from my laptop. So I engaged Rosa. Fixing the issue was anything but straightforward. Roza worked tirelessly on troubleshooting until she identified the issue. She spent as much time as it took and, once she identified the problem (the switch), obtained a replacement, and then returned to install it and finish the job. Once that was done, Roza went above and beyond by also straightening out cords and checking systems. Roza communicated promptly, notified me when she was on her way with follow-up notifications regarding her ETA, and was professional and friendly throughout. I appreciate being connected with Roza though Thumbtack and am grateful to have my printer “back in action!”
