Thank you Thumbtack for keeping me busy, providing for my family. Based on the work I am receiving here, I would like to point out my specific experience with wiring. I am currently keeping very busy installing TV's, projectors, home theater, surround sound, and home networking devices. I have all the tools and equipment to quickly run wire inside and outside of your home to add Ethernet connections, wireless access points, surround sound speakers, camera's and of course your television install.
I specialize in small business and residential tech support. I have over 20 years professional experience working with computers, networking and digital devices.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by the hour. A simple job will not take more than an hour. If it looks like a bigger project, I will clearly state the time required for the project and we will move forward at your direction. I do not charge for travel time and if parts are needed I do not charge for the retrieval of parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple. You call me when you are having a technology issue and I will come out and fix it. If you feel more comfortable, I can also do contact-less repair of your computer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing small electronics repair, computer building, and computer programming at my fathers software company at a very young age in the 1980's. From 1996 to 2003 I worked as a software engineer for several well know internet startups. I "retired" as a software developer and pursued a career in music, earning a degree in Sound Engineering and working for 10 years as a sound engineer for multiple Grammy award winning recording artist's. I am thrilled to be able to use my training and experience in both computer engineering and sound engineering to help my clients with both home technology and home entertainment needs.
