I had a great experience with this pro. I was dealing with a mix of a super slow computer and constant disconnections and was able to sort it out. Right from the start he was responsive and professional. I appreciate how attentive he was, he didn’t jump to conclusions. He asked questions to figure out what was going on while keeping me in the loop on what to expect. After fixing the issues he explained what caused the issue so I wouldn’t have the same problem again. The work quality was excellent and I’d hire him again.
