- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system that I have is very simple. I will sit down with you come up with the menu that you want for your event. And anything extra that you want us to bring from plates, cups, silverware ect. and will price everything out and make a contract up with my business partner so that we have everything set and ready to go. We ask for Half up front when contract is signed so we can purchase everything that is needed for the event. If any extra staff will be needed all prices will be adjusted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am always trying to make my food better buy going to farmers markets, reading magazines and books on food and chefs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When you cook for somene as a personal chef or for private parties in brings out a side me that is passionate with alot of flavor.
