I am a professional dancer and instructor with more than 10 years of experience. I am trained in classical ballet, jazz, salsa, belly dance, and American rhythm. As a professional salsa and ballroom dance choreographer and performer, I have participated in various salsa dance competitions, Latin dance festivals, fitness infomercials, dance workout DVDs, and television shows, including the world-renowned FOX dance series, So You Think You Can Dance. In 2010, I became TOP four female finalist in SYTYCD, season seven. Dancing is my passion, and it is what I enjoy doing the most. My job is to educate, support, and provide my students all the necessary tools for them to learn a dance and be successful in reaching their goals. I love to see my students learn and grow. I design and facilitate my dance classes to target my student's individual needs. I cover all levels and ages.

Cristina is a very remarkable person. From the start of my very first lesson I was nervous and did not believe I could improve at the pace I did. Majority of the time throughout my life I have always felt slower at learning compared to many others, yet that was not the case with Christina's lessons. She provides a safe and warm environment, gives encouragement, and most importantly leads with the utmost respect. And with all that she provides me I made it possible for myself to improve my dancing and especially my confidence. Honestly for me, this was a new and great experience that I am happy to have found.

Amazing!!! I have been a salsa wall flower for years admiring friends dancing this great style of dance and really felt it was not something I could do. So I finally gave into the constant pressure from friends and signed up for a lesson with Cristina!! Wow we were dancing a full salsa in a half hour. Cristina really broke it down and now I’m hooked. Looking forward to learning more and being confident to join my friends on the dance floor. Thanks Cristina for a great first lesson.
