I have been doing handyman for over 30 yrs from repairs to new construction.. I like to take the time to meet with my customers and to get to know my customers, also to make sure they are completely satisfied before we leave every job. I like to look at "all" jobs large & small, so I can give you a fair quote for your work. Most of my jobs come from referrals from my previous customers telling a friend or a business. I specialize in getting your house ready to sell and my "make-ready" work is usually fixing things ahead of the perspective buyers inspector. A new buyer thinks you've really taken care of your house when "their inspectors" can't find much to repair. We don't just do repairs, we also build decks, pergolas and painting, staining, fences and everything else. Read my reviews and check my job pictures to see my work. Bud was friendly, experienced, and did a good job but was a bit overpriced, by my estimate. On the first day, one of the items he needed to install was broken, so I paid him for the half day, which was fair, because he and his assistant did other things. A few days later, I got a new item and he came back, installed it and did a couple of other things, but was done and gone by noon; I was charged a full day for a half day of work.

Odds and ends to put up shelves, door knocker, TP in-wall dispenser, ceiling fan in bath, all done and some things I forgot I had! He fixed, tightened, hung and even held put some items together. Cleaned up and checked back with me. Overall I felt I got all my honey-do list done and some.

We had never used Thumbtack or anything similar, were a little wary, but then we met Bud! He came over within a day or two to see the project in person and give us a bid. There were even a few things that were easier than I originally thought, he explained what I needed to do and also saved me money up front. He was finishing up a couple other jobs, but was excellent at communicating timeframes and keeping in touch about the start date. The day of, he showed up bright and early with a coworker, got right to work and they completed everything as they said they would and definitely met all expectations. We will definitely use Bud again, and have no reservations recommending him to others!

Over a 30 yrs. experience in reading my customers needs. I also have 30 yrs of doing a lot of different types of work I also look everything up online these days incase I can find an easier way to do my next project
