All our current pricing is already discounted as an introductory rate. As we have been in business for 1.5 years, we are focused on providing the best possible products and value to build our customer base. We invite customers to visit our online store to view our specific rates and place an order. We accept credit cards for payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process aims for a seamless and VIP experience from start to finish. Customers can explore our offerings and book services directly through our online site. We welcome inquiries through the Thumbtack platform to discuss custom needs or for general assistance. We use online appointments and provide onsite services. Guests receive their individual photos immediately at the event. The full client gallery is guaranteed delivered within 24 hours after the event concludes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Brandon Camacho, holds educational backgrounds in Business and Computer Science, providing a strong operational and administrative foundation for Camacho Image. In addition to this expertise, our dedicated team brings extensive professional experience: our lead videographer has over 10+ years of experience, and our lead photographer boasts more than 20+ years of experience in the field. Brandon is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing for seamless communication with a diverse clientele.
