- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start our first session with a one hour assessment coupled with training which lasts anywhere from 1-2 hours maximum. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified through a mentorship and internship through a notorious trainer of 50 years. Refreshers and continued training along the way as we never know it all.
