- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical service call allows us to understand what needs to be fixed, confirm the final price of the project, and then complete the job. Our fee to come out for this call is free for estimate. For troubleshooting or diagnostic there is a $50 fee. Note if you choose us for your repair this fee is discounted from your quote. All services are booked for two hours and we take our profession seriously as well as our customers time into consideration. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
