- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical service call allows us to understand what needs to be fixed, confirm the final price of the project, and then complete the job. Our fee to come out for this call is $30 for consultation or $50 for a diagnosis. Note if you choose us for your project this fee is discounted from your quote. All services are booked for two hours and we take our profession seriously as well as our customers time. We are charge from thumbtack fees instantly we are selected and we need to know we have serious customers that need actual quality, customers services, solutions and fast resolves. ****************************************************** Thanks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any repair and quotes will need to have a visit schedule. You can contact us directly for scheduling and will get you set up so that we can get your repairs or install completed.
