Ray and his son were great and I plan on hiring them again. They had to troubleshoot and find a solution to a problem that was likely created during a remodel we did in 2022. It took some time to identify what the root cause was, because tracing the problem was tricky. In fact, my brother and I spent hours the day before trying to figure out what the problem was, but we were unsuccessful. So we were was very grateful that Ray showed up on time, operated professionally, charged a reasonable rate and solve this problem for our household. Thanks again!
