We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our estimates are free, and we take the time to walk you through the scope of work so there are no surprises. Pricing is based on the type of work, materials, and time involved, and we’ll always provide a detailed quote before we begin. We don’t charge hidden fees, and if anything changes during the project, we’ll communicate clearly and get your approval before moving forward. We occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers, referrals, or seasonal promotions—so be sure to ask what’s currently available! We also stand behind our work, so if anything isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To schedule an appointment, we’ll first need a few details from you. This helps us better understand your needs and ensures we’re prepared for your visit. Once we have your information, we’ll reach out to coordinate a convenient time for your free, no-obligation estimate. Our goal is to make the process easy and hassle-free from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are fully licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), ensuring they meet the highest standards for professional competence and safety. In addition to their licenses, each team member holds either an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification for construction safety, equipping them with the knowledge to work safely and responsibly on every job site. We place a strong emphasis on ongoing education and safety. Our team participates in weekly in-house safety meetings to stay sharp, address potential hazards, and reinforce best practices. We also conduct regular training sessions focused on the National Electrical Code (NEC), electrical theory, and the latest tools and technologies in the industry.
