Hello and Thank You for choosing Terrapin Electric! If you have a request outside of our office hours we will respond as soon as we are back in the office! If you are having an electrical emergency, we recommend starting with your power company to see if the issue is on the utility side. If you are having an after-hours electrical emergency, please call and we will try to get back as soon as possible. We are a licensed and insured Texas Electrical Contractor. All of our electricians are licensed Journeyman through the Texas Department of Licensing. Our electricians do not work based on commission and will not upsell unnecessary products. Our mission is to deliver outstanding results for our customers by facilitating trust, seizing opportunity, and constantly improving. We are a local Austin-based Electrical contracting company serving the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Efren came out the same day to address an electrical issue with our HVAC unit. He diagnosed the issue quickly and our HVAC unit went back to operating normally. Their responsiveness was much appreciated, especially on a hot late August day with temps in the 90’s.

I got an EV charger installed in my garage a NEMA 14-50. Terrapin gave me a very reasonable quote in a short time frame. They came out to show me their plan and walked me though the process. They were very punctual in the process and professional. Asahel and his partner came out to install my charger and they did a great job. Friendly and professional. I recommend them for any electrical needs and I will for sure be a repeat customer.
