Pretty annoyed with TruTec. I have a project that is relatively simple- install 4 recessed lights in a bedroom. After speaking to the call center and giving them all of my information, they could not give me a quote over the phone like other companies have- not even a range. They must send an electrician, charge me a service fee just to get a simple quote to determine who I am going to hire. I’m pretty annoyed at such a big waste of time. I told them I didnt appreciate them not being upfront with pricing. Will not use.
