I listen and observe and when I know its right, I take the shots. My photos simply show how my clients feel around me capturing them. The most important thing for me is that you are comfortable and feeling self expressed. It makes my day/week/month to not only presence but photograph the transformation of my clients mood from the beginning of a photoshoot to the end. Usually they leave feeling as if they played, had fun and felt heard for the last hour/s. And of course, having the proof of those feelings in my photographs is the reward.

To say that I'm happy with my photos and experience is an understatement. We had family portraits taken at Zilker park in Austin with our 7 month old. The photos are beautiful and taking them was effortless. Elise made us feel so at ease and comfortable. She is such a beautiful person inside and out and so talented. Elis is a longtime dear friend of ours and I could not imagine having anyone else in the world other than her to capture our wedding and this magical time in our lives. I had the lovely pleasure of working with Elis a few months back. Not only does she bring professionalism to her work but she creates an environment that is full of light and laughter. ALWAYS NEGOTIABLE... Headshots $250 for 3 change of clothes 1 hour... Editorial / Fashion $500 2-3 hours...Engagements / Bridals $500 2 hour ... Weddings $2,500 from Getting ready until End of Reception...Wedding Video $5,000
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet my clients for tea/coffee and brainstorm on ideas and feel the space between us so we get comfortable planning the photo shoot/event at hand... And the day of the shoot I make sure they feel ready and calm, confident and relaxed. The shoot usually feels like we are friends catching up and playing with cameras.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father is a photographer/filmmaker so I grew up taking photos and making videos with him. Took a few courses in school and online to learn technical details about photography and video, but my biggest training has been taking photos and dissecting them until I feel I got what I wanted. I like the organic flow of photography and capturing moments more than staging the shots.
