The ATEX technician seemed to do a good job inside and out of the house. I won't know for a couple of weeks if the treatment took care of the problem or not.

Great company! Fair price, great work. Customer service is top notch. Richard handled out account and was very friendly, honest and professional. We are selling our house and desired only a single treatment. All other companies around demanded an annual contract and even told me to include their annual services in the price of the house. Really? A-Tex worked with our unique circumstances and now they won a customer for life. When we relocate, we're calling A-Tex for normal quarterly service!!!

I called A tex to check out a small rental house in austin as I had seen some termite activity. Richard went that same day and provided an estimate. I did not act on it immediately due to a crisis situation, so over a month later I called again. Richard went back out in the freezing weather, scheduled an appointment for treatment, and got it all done within a few days. He was very pleasant to work with, took time to explain what needed to be done, seemed very customer oriented, and the price was very competitive. I would definitely use them again.

They quickly addressed the pest problem I had. At arrival, they explained what they were going to do. They showed up promptly, and the problem did not reoccur. I would not consider using any other service. My last provider was subpar.

Richard made our service call with A-TEX Pest Management. He was efficient and thorough. We were entirely pleased with the service we received. If we have any other wild life pest problems (rats, lots of rats), A-Tex Pest Management will be the first call we make!

All personnel are required to be state certified and attend continuing education courses. This means our customers are getting the best technical experience at their residence or commercial facility, as well as our customers can always talk directly to ownership should any questions or needs arise.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everything from pest control services for spiders, ants, roaches, wasps, etc to rat trapping and exclusion, bed bug control, skunk, squirrel, raccoon, opossum, trapping and relocation, termite treatments, we truly are a full service company!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a local reputable company with good references, uniforms, vehicles, and professionalism tell you a lot about what kind of service you can expect, it's always good to be able to talk to ownership like you always can with us!
