- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are free and done on-site (preferably) so we can measure your actual pool perimeter. Pricing is simple: materials plus a flat installation fee, no hourly billing, no surprises. A deposit reserves your install date, with the balance due on completion. Materials carry a lifetime warranty backed by All-Safe, and our workmanship is covered for 1 year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call/email exchange to understand your pool and your safety concerns, then a free on-site visit to measure and walk through fence layout and gate placement. You get a written quote, right there on-site. Installs are completed in a single day, and we can often schedule within the week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All-Safe Authorized Installer, factory-trained on their certified installation system, the same ASTM F2286-compliant mesh fencing trusted by hospitals and resorts.
