Hired on Thumbtack

Randy never showed for our appointment. I called him after about 20 minutes and the line rang endlessly. I saw him listed as Online on Thumbtack.com and tried messaging him via the app but got no reply. I called him again and this time got voicemail but never heard back. Emailed him after about 45 minutes and never got a reply.
