- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is quoted on a custom basis, and we do have a standard process for determining the price that is based upon complexity and the scope of the engagement. Because comprehensive financial planning covers several topic areas, the pricing can vary anywhere from $750 up to several thousand, depending upon what is included in the engagement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have a short phone conversation, so that prospective clients can get to know us a bit, and we can understand what sort of financial questions they have. If we both feel that Guideway may be a good fit for what the clients are seeking, then we set up a complimentary meeting and ask the clients to provide some basic financial information. During the meeting, we discuss further and go over more details about the clients' financial situation. After the meeting, we will provide a custom proposal, based upon the clients' needs. The proposal will outline the scope of the engagement, and the price. The clients may ask more questions at that time. If we decide to work together, we will go over the agreement, and get started!
