Abraham and Noam were amazing. We were told we had an issue with a vent from our appliance technician. They came out, inspected it, cleaned it and showed be that it wasn’t the issue. Really appreciate how quick and responsive they are.

I didn’t realize it was only an inspection. I was hoping to have a little bit of cleaning done on my wood stove and chimney. He did tell me it was unsafe, but he seemed baffled by the whole wood stove, and how I had a round pipe going into a square chimney

I purchased what was advertised as a chimney sweep. I believe. I got a man who was confused about a round pipe coming out of my stove going into my square chimney. Yes my stove is old, but everything was just old to him and was dirty, which is one of the reasons I called the chimney sweep. Is it get it cleaned out and see if I could use it before the winter storm got here. Basically he told me my 50-year-old stove. Chimney was not usable and they would send me pictures of inside the stove and estimate on how to repair the chimney and replace the stove. Which I have not seen any information from them except the invoice. He did show me pictures when he was here and I saw what was in there, but I would have to pay somebody from the beginning to get the stove and chimney replaced. Scam
