They did a great job and work very fast. They repaired my kitchen floor, two windows, and tiled my shower. I would reccomend them to anyone getting a remodel.

Technical issues on the Thumbtack app has prevented this estimate to come through in a timely manor when it was complied on 6/11. I have reached out to multiple contractors to perform my due diligence, and only 2 have responded, one of which declined the work. So at this point, I believe there are glitches in the apps performance. I suggest that going forward that the contractor call and confirm receipt once an estimate is sent. Also suggest attaching a .pdf of the estimate to the email address of the potential client as back up to the app. i almost reviewed this contactor as non- responsive until we realized there are IT issues. In short the Thumbtack app has been unreliable for communicating with contractors. This contractor seemed knowledgeable about his trade and had some good suggestions. I will be comparing his estimate and making a decision at a later date.
