- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing for the professional work that we provide. We only hire professionals that have at least 5 years of daily experience in their trades. I’m very picky when it comes to hiring crews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first briefly discuss the project over the phone. I come by to see and continue to discuss the project and develop a plan. I then give options. I email a free formal estimate. When the customer is ready then we decide on a start date and I send the customer an agreement with the details of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training was working with top notch crews throughout the years. I’ve done maintenance, make Readys, and remodels for apartments and homes since I was in my late teens.
