Also we do windows and doors, also fence. remo al and replacement of Wood we do new pérgola , deck s, patios, roof also we do Exterior paint and Intirior paint. If we got hire with all new client we give a 5% off.

Daniel Tavira with E & D Remodeling to a beautiful job on our primary bathroom. He was very prompt in calling me back about a quote, and had bid to me the following day! He always responded to my calls snd questions usually within less than 2 hours, always within the same day. He kept me informed on the progress, schedule and what was needed daily. His crews were always very professional just like him, and left everything neat as can be during the entire process. His price I thought was reasonable for the work they did, and again the finished product turned out as wonderful! He was easy to work with, dependable and trustworthy. I’ll be hiring him and his crew again for any future projects!

E&D remodeling did a job for me to remove a load bearing wall. I am super satisfied with how the project went. They came in looked at the property and explained to me several options and gave me pros and cons analysis. They then gave me a reasonable price for the job. The execution was great. They communicated along the way and finish the project promptly. I like the results and it is well worth it.

All jobs are bid based on Labor and Construction Materials. Client is responsible for cost associated with Appliances, Lighting, Faucets, Tubs, Tile, Vanity and Fixtures. Our Customers have come to expect a high level of Quality and assurance that the job gets done right the first time and to their satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am the Business owner and insist on working directly with all my customers. All estimates are done in-person and are thoroughly explained to the customer before we agree to proceed with work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, personally, have over 15 years experience in providing the Highest Quality Construction and Remodeling Services. My team consists of multiple types of seasoned tradesmen specializing in Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Flooring and much more. I take pride in the work that me and my team provide and insist on overseeing and working side-by-side with my team.
