After an abysmal experience with another contractor, I hired Prime to fix the mess left behind. I made the right decision, because I couldnt be happier with the results. I had a great experience with their team. Everyone I dealt with was professional, efficient, and focused on quality. They addressed every issue I had, fixed the mistakes from the previous contractor, and even made improvements of their own I had not considered.I am particularly grateful to Project Manager Jesse Dadon for keeping the project on track, communicating regularly and clearly, and ensuring everything was done well. My kitchen looks fantastic now. I would gladly recommend Prime to my friends and family for any remodeling needs!

Weve been working with Jesse from Prime Construction & Remodeling on a major project: a complete renovation of a 4,000-square-foot home in Austin that hadnt been updated in over 60 years. This renovation includes replacing the roof, electrical and plumbing systems, stucco, insulation, windows, and fireplaces, as well as fully gutting and remodeling four bathrooms and the kitchen.I cant imagine going through such a massive project without Jesse. Hes been incredibly knowledgeable, creative, solution-focused, and a clear communicator throughout the process. Its also evident that the crews and subcontractors he works with hold him in the highest regard.Based on how things have gone so far, Im confident this project will turn out even better than we envisioned when we first purchased the home. And on top of that, the experience has been genuinely enjoyable, largely thanks to Jesses expertise and dedication. Were so thankful to Jesse and the Prime Construction & Remodeling team and will absolutely reach out to them for any future projects.

We cant say enough glowing things about Jesse and his crew! After many years of wanting to do a complete kitchen gut and remodel, we pulled the trigger immediately after meeting Jesse. Jesse and the designer Shaked were incredibly patient and informative throughout the whole design process, explaining what could/could not be and offering great solutions and suggestions. The inconvenience and disruption quickly gave way to the impending excitement of seeing the vision we had come to life. The whole process took 8 weeks, exactly on schedule. The crews showed up on time every day with their hardworking and friendly selves. We couldnt be more thrilled with the outcome, its truly a JOY to cook and entertain now. After a stressful flood left our home in need of major repairs, Prime Remodeling and Construction was a true lifesaver. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work withprofessional, responsive, and genuinely committed to restoring our home with care and quality craftsmanship.Or came in and gave us the initial estimate and he was very reassuring and was an awesome great first introduction to the company!For the prospective remodeler/owner a lot of Texas companies require you select finishes and fixtures. This means you order materials and handle delivery, so you cant be uninvolved in the process if you are a hands off person. This is not a turnkey service.Jesse was great at offering suggestions and even if you dont have a firm design vision in mind, he can steer you in the right direction.I will say by far the person who had the best communication and was the most helpful throughout the whole process was Dylan. He was a joy to work with and his attention to detail is something you want in a project manager when your house is on the line. Dylan made sure everything happened on schedule and helped out personally when things needed to get done!Their team handled everything with precision and kept us informed throughout the process. They made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and smooth. The final results exceeded our expectations, and our home specifically our shower feels like a hotel in the best way possible.
