We recently used Proper Remodeling to update our siding, paint and add gutters on our home. They did a great job, our home looks fantastic and they treated our property with respect. Everyone we worked with was very kind and respectful and they did an awesome job keeping in touch with us about each step of the process. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the Home Owners address, we start with a thorough inspection and after that we do an in home presentation to game plan the project together with our specialist, after the game plan is gathered we take measurements accordingly to that game plan and do our best to fit it within peoples financial means while we are out there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training on James Hardie installation and training through Cool Life and Sherwin Williams for our paints. Our Roofers have also went through training on the Owens Corning systems that we provide.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
From the time getting on schedule it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to start project then 2-7 days to complete the job depending on the size of the project.
