We hired TUR to do some remodeling of our upstairs area to create a master suite. This involved converting existing attic space into a bathroom and closet. Erwin and Bibian (brothers) were wonderful to work with. When they came out to bid the project, I had only a loose idea of what I wanted, and they talked through options with me of how we could achieve it, and what difficulties we might face. We were on a strict timeline (due to my wife's due date arriving), and they worked extra hard to make sure we met the deadline. I would recommend TUR for any of your remodeling projects for the following reasons: 1) There's two of them, and they think about things differently, which allows them to bounce ideas off of each other and arrive at a better decision point for how to approach a particular issue. 2) They were personally involved in the project. While they did hire other subcontractors, they personally performed much of the work, and when they did hire someone else, they personally oversaw that project to ensure a quality job was done before presenting the work to us. They performed walk-throughs with us as often as appropriate -- daily when necessary, and did so around our work schedules. 3) They were very reasonably priced. No construction project is ever perfect, but what's most important is that you can trust the pros you hire to do solid, high-quality work and work with you to develop good solutions when unexpected difficulties arise. I had a great experience with Erwin and Bibian, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future work.

Our experience with United Renovations was incredible. Our family went through the trauma of our house flooding. Erwin and Bibian's team were professional, on time, and managed everyone's expectations along the way. I am a real estate broker with a background in construction, so I've worked with many GC in my careers, and United Renovations is top notch. Can't recommend them enough!

Phenomenal workmanship and professionalism, outstanding experience with this company - highly recommend!!! They installed a set of iron double doors for us. The doors weighed nearly 1000 pounds and they measured the opening very carefully and installed trim work inside and out.
