Our experience with United Renovations was incredible. Our family went through the trauma of our house flooding. Erwin and Bibian's team were professional, on time, and managed everyone's expectations along the way. I am a real estate broker with a background in construction, so I've worked with many GC in my careers, and United Renovations is top notch. Can't recommend them enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with The United Renovations for a major renovation project in our home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. They were so wonderful! They came out to get an estimate on adding on to my patio. They had to power wash a part of my patio to get the right color of material and ended up power washing my whole patio for me just to help me out! I definitely recommend this company. They were on time, quick to respond to messages, and very kind!

I'm happy I selected United Renovations to restore my deck, front door and fix a number of dry wall holes. United Renovations was prompt and professional. They quickly returned my calls and provided me with continuous status updates (something I have rarely seen with Austin contractors). They consulted with me throughout the process ensuring that I was happy with the results. And also showed a lot of flexibility in terms on meeting my needs. Their work was also most importantly first rate. I definitely plan to use United Renovations again for future projects.

I have heard so many stories from friends and family of home reno or building projects taking twice as long and costing twice as much as originally expected I was starting to assume this was the norm in the industry these days. Going into our project, my husband and I accounted for what we expected to be substantial delays and our experience with the TUR team was the complete opposite. Erwin, Bibian, and their team of kind, honest, considerate contractors were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were transparent with us, worked hard to stay on schedule and helped guide us to build an addition that has exceeded our expectations. Without prior home renovation experience, we were flying a little blind as with regard to how the whole process works, permitting processes, where & how various items are sourced, etc., and we really felt like we could trust the TUR team to help us through the learning process. The quality of their work is excellent, their responsiveness and support in troubleshooting throughout the process was unmatched, and above all else, these are kind, honest people working hard to deliver an exceptional quality of work for their clients. Can not recommend the TUR team highly enough!
