Erwin and his team were exceptional! We are handy folks, but we were in over our depth when removing a load-bearing wall and adding a structural beam. That is where The United Renovations took over. They were able to fit us into their schedule in within three weeks of initial contact and the quote they gave was reasonable and explained the job well enough to understand what we could do on our end before they showed up to help lower cost, which we specifically requested. The job they said would take 2-3 days in the estimate was completed in 1 day; an incredible timesaver! They were even able to add a few extra services (a flush mount beam instead of an exposed one and haul away of materials we'd demolished ourselves) because of how quickly they were able to finish the job. Erwin is an excellent and punctual communicator and was always so helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend TUR to anyone doing home construction/demolition projects!

Bibian and Erwin helped us with a large renovation project and were hands down the best general contractor / trades people we’ve ever worked with. They were transparent, efficient, and easy to communicate with. My husband and I have actually gone out of our way to think about projects we’d like to have done because we feel so confident in their ability to add value to our home. They have a keen design aesthetic and are very knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish of a project. Plus they are simply personable and a joy to work with!

I have heard so many stories from friends and family of home reno or building projects taking twice as long and costing twice as much as originally expected I was starting to assume this was the norm in the industry these days. Going into our project, my husband and I accounted for what we expected to be substantial delays and our experience with the TUR team was the complete opposite. Erwin, Bibian, and their team of kind, honest, considerate contractors were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were transparent with us, worked hard to stay on schedule and helped guide us to build an addition that has exceeded our expectations. Without prior home renovation experience, we were flying a little blind as with regard to how the whole process works, permitting processes, where & how various items are sourced, etc., and we really felt like we could trust the TUR team to help us through the learning process. The quality of their work is excellent, their responsiveness and support in troubleshooting throughout the process was unmatched, and above all else, these are kind, honest people working hard to deliver an exceptional quality of work for their clients. Can not recommend the TUR team highly enough!

Erwin and his team were a pleasure to work with. They gave a fair estimate and I really appreciate how they were able to work my project in despite a very busy schedule. They were punctual and did an excellent and very tidy demolition job. I was thoroughly impressed and hope to work with them on future projects.
