FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do, I use a metric scale measurement system of square inch or square foot formula. I also must take into account time and materials and distance of travel and duration of travel for out of town and state projects. I can and do also have a hourly and daily flat fee. I can provide all information on pricing so that all items are transparent and easily understandable to clients on the projects cost, estimate and bids.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to first meet a client and discuss their project needs wether in person, over the phone, via email, face-time or zoom. Once I get to meet the clients and see the space, I will consult with them regarding the needs of the project and discuss design/paint ideas. Once we have agreed upon the artistic vision, I usually make a sample for the client (if needed/desired). After the design aspects are agreed upon and the scale, size and scope is defined I will move forward with an estimate/bid. Once I price is agreed upon then its a matter of scheduling a start date and a timeline for the completion. During the process of working on the project I make sure customers are satisfied every step of the way. Once the project is finished I make sure the client is 100% satisfied and happy.
